The purpose of the CLSC is to provide for the betterment of surfing, to
protect our rights to clean water and access to beaches by communicating
the views of the CLSC to the appropriate governmental agencies, and to
take action on community and environmental issues. The CLSC will promote
social and competitive activities within a family atmosphere.
